Roc
Roc is a member of the Ghettobots, alongside Leroy and José. Making his first appearance in the ending of Pico's School, he was meant to be one of the main antagonists of Pico 2. He is the muscle of the group, using his great strength to overpower adversaries.
General information
Physical appearance
Roc is bald and wears a black tank top, gray pants, and brown shoes. He sports a scar on his left facial cheek, wields golden brass knuckles and has a constant scowl on his face.
Personality
A man of very few words, Roc merely acts as the muscle of the Ghettobots. When ordered by Leroy, he doesn't hesitate to act with aggression, notably singling out Darnell as a target; at one point, he pretends to hesitate, only to catch him off-guard. His punches are so powerful that they launch anyone within contact off to a far distance. After getting hit, Darnell even comments that he might have "shit his pants". In Roc's proposed boss fight, he easily throws passengers to the other side of the subway train.
History
Pico's School
In Pico's School, Roc and the other Ghettobots are seen at the ending, replacing the students who died during the Goth Punks' attempt at taking over the school. Once they arrive, however, Pico immediately becomes suspicious and pulls out his gun in response to counter a possible attack.
UFA
In UFA, Roc is briefly mentioned in the opening sequence. He is revealed to have been "controlled" by Pico following the events of Pico's School, as he and the other Ghettobots have preventing the Penilians from storming Earth for a century, until Pico eventually dies of old age.
Pico vs. Überkids
In Pico vs. Überkids, Roc makes a cameo appearance in the opening of the game, alongside Leroy and José.
Pico 2
In the cancelled Pico 2, it is revealed in Darnell's flashback that the Ghettobots appeared in a "space jawn", which is shot down by Darnell and his friends. After a hostile conversation, Roc punches Darnell across the street, showing his great strength. Roc is seen again, along with the other Ghettobots, at the playground; he then proceeds to punch Darnell so hard that he (supposedly) shits himself.
After a while, Pico boards the subway after beating the DJ when suddenly, Roc appears at the train tracks and skids the train to a halt, yet again displaying his immense strength.[1] This is where his boss fight begins; Roc tries to get a punch in and then throws the subway passengers at Pico.[2]
This is all that's currently known about Roc's role in Pico 2, and it's unknown if Roc would get killed in the subway fight or not.
Pico Roulette
In Pico Roulette, Roc appears as a playable character.

Pico's Unloaded
In Pico's Unloaded, Roc has a shared cameo appearance with Leroy and José. Here, they own a milkshake spot named Shake-It, and as a beaten-up Pico heads inside for some refreshment, Leroy hands him a milkshake only to crush it in his hand. Pico gets angry and grabs a mop as a weapon to fight the Ghettobots.

Trivia
- Roc's original name was Zeus, according to a .gif file of him named "zeus.gif".[3].
- This is likely a reference to the late actor, Tommy "Zeus" Lister Jr..
- Interestingly, the first thing Roc does in the unused Pico 2 boss fight is throw people, just like Alucard, the first boss of Pico's School.
- Although he is incredibly strong and durable, Roc has below-average agility and is the least intelligent of the Ghettobots.
