The Neo Goth Punks are a group led by Damien and the main antagonists of Pico's Cousin 2. They are composed of him, Ozmose, Cyclops' cousin, Hanzo, and other unnamed members.
History
Pico's Cousin 2
In Pico's Cousin 2, the Neo Goth Punks are assembled by Damien and the cousins of the original Goth Punks (with the sole exception of Hanzo), who take over Shady Acorns and hold the family members of Otis, including Pico, hostage. Otis then intervenes and defeats every goth, including Damien (in his Penilian form), saving the retirement home from them.
