Shady Acorns Retirement Villa is a retirement home that acts as the main setting for Pico's Cousin 2. It was the former residence of Otis' grandmother.
History
Disorderly
In Disorderly, one of the working orderlies is called in by his manager. There he is told that, due to overpopulation of the building, the profits of Shady Acorns are slowly decreasing, thus threatening his job. So, the orderly is given an important task to complete: take out a majority of the elderly occupants, allowing for younger tenants to bring a higher financial gain, and thus secure his employment.
Pico's Cousin 2
In Pico's Cousin 2, Otis is dragged along by his father to celebrate his grandmother's recent win at a knitting contest, with much reluctance. However, this visit is interrupted by the Neo Goth Punks, who seek revenge against him and his family, kidnapping his cousin Pico as well.
