In the Fulp demo, Pico's house is based off an area of the arcade version of Double Dragon.
Club Cool (also known as Club 1514) is a location in Pico 2. It is the main stage, where Pico would be challenged by the DJ and Dax in two mini-games.
History
Pico 2
When Pico attempts to go to the subway, he gets in trouble with the DJ, who tells Pico to meet him at Club Cool for a scratch battle. When you get to Club Cool, Amy does not let you in without a record, which you get from 911 Records. Once you get the record, you'll be able to compete against Dax and then the DJ.

Westbound Subway is a location in Pico 2. In the first demo, it can be entered, but nothing is inside. In the second demo, it is seen being blocked by DJ, but it would have been possible to enter, as evidenced by Roc's boss fight.
