MindChamber
Jose Ortiz (born March 12, 1974), better known professionally as MindChamber, is a professional artist and Flash animator who is best known for various Flash games, such as Alloy: Arena, Newgrounds Rumble, Madness Regent, Red Baron, Da Pink Knight and Madness Accelerant. He is also well known for redesigning the Pico characters for the unreleased Pico 2 by request of Tom Fulp.[1] He would use the redesigns of the characters in various other projects related to the Pico series, such as Pico's Unloaded and Resident Pico, as well as website graphics for Newgrounds.
Friendship with Tom Fulp
MindChamber and Tom Fulp would meet after he was infatuated by his animations. This would result with him being hired by Fulp to help act as the main visual artist for Pico 2, the long anticipated sequel to Pico's School. Although the game was never finished, the character designs would be reused by MindChamber in numerous other projects. He would eventually get a job at Newgrounds and is now currently an acting Staff member. He has continued to make contributions to the site, making various animations and pieces of artwork.

- MindChamber has cited animator Ralph Bakshi's works as inspiration for his art and animations, as well as cartoons like Mighty Mouse and Hey Arnold!.
