Sandstorm is a main boss and one of the antagonists in Pico's Cousin. He is a ruthless terrorist who is empowered with superhuman speed and agility.

General information

Physical appearance

Sandstorm is a tan-skinned man with a light brown t-shirt, black undershirt, a dirty turban, tan pants, black gloves and shoes. He wears a blue bandana around his face and has a prominent Adam's apple.

Personality

Almost nothing is known about Sandstorm's personality, but it can be presumed that he is very cruel as he decided to kill the hostage, despite not being threatened by him. He is also prejudiced, judging by how he calls the hostage an "American pig".

History

Pico's Cousin

In Pico's Cousin, Sandstorm attacks the intercom man and holds him hostage. After killing him, he takes on Otis with his superhuman abilities, but is defeated.

In the alternative ending, it is revealed that all the characters that Otis encountered in the mall are alive, and were all hired by the government to test him in a battlefield. It is possible that Sandstorm was one of the people who was part of the test.
