Sandstorm is one of the primary antagonists in Pico's Cousin. He is a member of the Band of Terrorists and the first boss of the game. He's a ruthless killer who shares no remorse towards even the innocent.
General information
Physical appearance
Sandstorm is a tan-skinned man who dons a light brown t-shirt, black undershirt, a dirty turban, tan pants, black gloves and shoes. He wears a blue bandana around his face, and he has a prominent Adam's apple.
Powers and abilities
Despite his human appearance, Sandstorm is seemingly empowered with superhuman speed and agility, judging by how he runs across the room in a matter of seconds. He's also experience in the use of firearms. Regardless of these feats, he is still essentially mortal, and thus very susceptible to lethal force.
Personality
Almost nothing is known about the personality of Sandstorm, but it can be presumed that he is very cruel as he decided to kill the hostage, despite not being threatened by him. He is also a terrorist who is very prejudiced, judging by how he calls the hostage an "American pig".
History
Pico's Cousin
In Pico's Cousin, Sandstorm attacks the intercom man and holds him hostage. After killing him, he takes on Otis with his superhuman abilities, but is defeated.
In the alternative ending, it is revealed that all the characters that Otis encountered in the mall are alive, and were all hired by the government to test him in a battlefield. It is possible that Sandstorm was one of the people who was part of the test.
