Otis' father is a minor character in Pico's Cousin 2. Not much is known about him, other than the fact that he is the father of Otis, as well as Pico's uncle.

Otis' father has black sideburns, and a matching black mustache. He wears a white long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, gray shoes and a pair of round glasses.
History
Pico's Cousin 2
In Pico's Cousin 2, Otis' father brings him along to visit his grandmother at her retirement home to congratulate her for winning a knitting contest. Once they arrive, the father is kidnapped along with the grandmother by the Neo Goth Punks.
Otis saves them, and he is congratulated by his father, who drives the group to a safer location, away from the Penilians.

His relationship with his son is questionable, except for the fact that he is very strict with his son. For example, he strictly tells Otis to go with him and see his grandmother at the retirement home. But, he was proud of Otis when he defeated the Penilians.
Otis' grandmother is a minor character in Pico's Cousin 2. She is the mother of Otis' father, with Otis being her grandson.

Pico's Cousin 2
In Pico's Cousin 2, Otis and his father come to visit her to congratulate her on winning a knitting contest. She says that she has a prize for Otis, but is suddenly kidnapped along with Otis' father by the Neo Goth Punks.
She is saved along with Pico and Otis' father by Otis at the end of the game. When Otis' father drives them away to a safer location, she gives Otis the surprise, which turns out to be an Alien Hominid game.
The cook is a minor character in Pico's Cousin 2. He operates the cafeteria in Shady Acorns, serving food to the elderly.

In Pico's Cousin 2, the cook works behind the counter of the cafeteria, serving plates of feces which are passed off as food. Otis uses a food pass to get a plate from him, which he then serves to one of the orderlies.
The orderly is a minor character in Pico's Cousin 2. Not much is known about him, other than he's an employee working at Shady Acorns.

History
Pico's Cousin 2
In Pico's Cousin 2, the orderly is found sitting at one of the cafeteria tables. When Otis approaches him to strike a conversation, he politely declined as he's feeling too hungry. After receiving a plate of "food" from him, he's more willing to talk, as Otis then asks if he can use the employee bathroom in the meeting room (though this is actually a lie). As a way of thanks, the orderly happily gives Otis the keys to said room.
"After we have helped the Penilians, we will longer be the different ones!"
The unnamed goth punks are minor characters in Pico's Cousin 2. They are all seen paired with Damien near the end of the game, but are abruptly killed by him.

Physical appearance
The first goth punk has pale skin, black hair with magenta highlights, and red makeup around their eyes. They are wearing a black shirt, dark gray pants, and black boots, as well as black wristbands, the one on the right being spiked. Their ears are pierced.
The second goth punk has dark skin and dark brown hair, and is wearing a gray t-shirt with a white skull in the middle, black pants, and gray shoes with yellow laces and off-white soles.
The third goth punk has light skin, a purple mohawk, and what seems to be acne on their face. They are wearing a green long-sleeved shirt with blue text saying "MxPx" in the middle, yellow pants with light blue pockets, and bright red shoes with yellow laces and off-white soles.
History
Pico's Cousin 2
In Pico's Cousin 2, these goth punks appear at the rooftop of Shady Acorns, taunting Otis along with Damien about how they will take over the world under a goth gestapo. However, Damien shows his true colors, and he kills all three of them in an act of betrayal.
