These are all the minor characters in Pico vs Bear.
Titty is a minor character from Pico vs Bear. He is one of the first enemies to be encountered in-game, leaping from cover to throw bombs over the balcony.
Titty is a mouse with light purple fur, black pupils, a pink nose, a gold earring on his right ear, a blue strand of fur on his left ear, sharp teeth, and is smoking a blunt/cigarette (which the sprite for it gets reused for the "Medicinal" Herb).
Titty's original in-game design bore a much closer resemblance to Tutter, having blue fur. The blue strand on his ear is a leftover of the original design (but this was likely an accident).
Personality
Titty is mildly intellectually disabled, as evidenced in his inability to catch on to simple ideas. To make up for this, he takes credit for other people's ideas, but only when they align perfectly with his own views. He also stutters and has a slight speech impediment that causes him to constantly talk overly loudly and repeat things two or three times.

Trivia
In Dr. Dirk van den Brink, Jr.'s psychoanalysis, many facts of Titty are listed:
He suffers from chronic anxiety attacks (see episode "Big Little Visitor").
He lives in the kitchen, spreading disease and pestilence.
He occasionally squats in Big Brown Bary's coffee mug (see episode "Dancing the Day Away"... he was not caught in the act, but we know what was going on).
Titty is one of the characters in Pico vs Bear that are not required to be killed in-game, the other two being Creepo and Shadow.
Piss and Poop are minor characters from Pico vs Bear. They are the weakest enemies in the game, and are easily killed by Pico.
They are both a parody of Pip and Pop, the otter twins from Bear in the Big Blue House.
General information
Physical appearance
Piss and Poop are light brown otters with long whiskers, sharp claws and fangs, and a constant angry expression. They both move in a dance-like manner. Their original in-game design bore a much closer resemblance to Pip and Pop, both covered in purple fur.
Personality
Piss and Poop are co-dependent homosexual otters that frequently "hug" on camera in a manner that resembles a grope more than a friendly hug. They are both mildly delusional, but only when influenced by other members of the house.

Trivia
In Dr. Dirk van den Brink, Jr.'s psychoanalysis, many facts of Piss and Poop are listed:
They both listen to loud hip-hop/rap music.
They're also wannabe DJs (see episode "Dancing the Day Away"), which is ironically similar to Pico's aspirations of being a DJ.
Hoe-Joe is a minor character from Pico vs. Bear. She is the "daughter(?)" of Big Brown Bary and acts as a mini-boss alongside Hoe-Bear.
Hoe-Joe is a parody of Ojo from the children's show Bear in the Big Blue House.
General information
Physical appearance
Hoe-Joe is a red bear cub with sharp fangs and claws. She is small in stature, and is seen throwing bombs down the staircase.
Personality
Hoe-Joe is stated to have issues with determining reality from fantasy, indicating that she is psychotic, and has even injured herself during one of her delusions by jumping from her bed, thinking she could fly.

Trivia
In Dr. Dirk van den Brink, Jr.'s psychoanalysis, many facts of Hoe-Joe are listed:
She has stunted growth, implying she is older than she appears.
She was possibly molested by her "father", Big Brown Bary.
Hoe-Joe is one of the few characters to remain the same in design, the other being Shadow.
Hoe-Bear is a minor character in Pico vs. Bear. She acts as a mini-boss alongside Hoe-Joe.
Hoe-Bear is a parody of Snowbear from the children's show Bear in the Big Blue House.
General information
Physical appearance
Hoe-Bear is a plushie of a small white bear with a furry pink head and red claws. She has the ability of flight and actively defends Hoe-Joe whenever she is hurt through concentrated energy blasts.
Hoe-Bear's original in-game design bore a much closer resemblance to Snowbear, having completely white fut.

Creepo is a minor character from Pico vs Bear. He is the only character who is not hostile to Pico, since he is apparently too drunk to do anything.
Creepo is a parody of Treelo the Lemur from Bear in the Big Blue House.
General information
Physical appearance
Creepo is a lemur(?) with blue ears, blue eyelids, blue hands, blue feet, and a blue and white tail, much like Treelo; the only difference is that he has orange fur. His original in-game design kept his green fur, in comparison.
Personality
Not much is known about Creepo's personality other than the fact that he is an alcoholic and that he doesn’t attack Pico. He is also said to be intellectually impaired "to the point of not being able to recognize himself in the mirror without assistance".

Trivia
In Dr. Dirk van den Brink, Jr.'s psychoanalysis, many facts of Creepo are listed:
His red nose is possibly caused by chronic cocaine use.
Creepo is one of the characters in Pico vs Bear that are not required to be killed in-game, the other two being Titty and Shadow.
Shadow is a minor character from Pico vs Bear. She can be found in the garage, though this encounter is optional.
Shadow is a parody of the character of the same name from the children's show Bear in the Big Blue House.
General information
Physical appearance
Shadow is, as her name implies, a shadowy silhouette of a woman.
