Pico Joins the Army is a Flash movie created for Pico Day by Urbs in a collaborative effort by various animators & voice actors, and uploaded to Newgrounds on May 6th, 2016. As the title suggests, Pico decides to join the army and ends up being thrown into a war against "crappy submissions".
Plot
Pico is watching "Dad's Home" on Newgrounds until he gets an advertisement for the Tankman army and decides to join, mostly because it is advertised that he can make cock jokes. In the army, he meets with the Captain, learning that the army hasn't made dick jokes since 2007. Suddenly, a horde of bad submissions approach them. They try to defeat the terrible submissions, but they manage to get past them, meaning they will get posted on the Flash Portal, regardless of being Under Judgment. All of a sudden, a giant Foamy the Squirrel (who also represents another crappy submission) shows up. Pico then strips naked and heads in to attack, only to get crushed under Foamy's foot. Pico then dies, remarking that "this world ain't big enough for quality" and the spam submissions are too powerful for the Portal to handle. However, it is revealed that the entire animation is actually a submission on Newgrounds, which swiftly gets blammed.
